Letter from Tantra House: DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT! (Đừng lo lắng về điều đó!)

      ( Don’t worry)

Dear learners!
I’m happy to see you again. I’m glad about your Dharma meeting! I have seen new learners. It means you are interested in Pure Mind Yoga. I thank you for this. Today I want to pour my heart out. I want to talk more than last time, but my English doesn’t help me.  I am not afraid of making mistakes in English, so I will speak as much as possible.

Dear learners!
I have loved finding out why  there are so few comments on this post? I understand that you are having many troubles in your daily life. I know you are having difficulties in finding a job, in treating illness, in your depression  etcetera…  You don’t like it, don’t need it, don’t love it.  I think that you don’t want to suffer but you have to face them. You didn’t invite them, but they still came. But don’t worry! Although we can’t make more money than before, we study and practice Dharma much more than before.

I think that anyone can help us because they’re the same as our circumstances, especially at the moment when Covid 19 pandemic is seriously affecting social life. You can’t make more money than before. Some of you lost your jobs. You have to stay at home all day. There is nothing to do, only to watch TV or to play with your pets. Your mood is getting worse each passing day.  Let me express my sympathy for this situation.

I know how you feel but I want  you don’t let yourself down, don’t be disgruntled and irritable these days. I show you one of our saviors: Dharma of Buddha. One of them is Pure Mind Yoga! Like I said last time, my six spiritual methods are easy to practice and very effective; and they help practitioners get (1) Inner happiness, (2) Things are going smoothly and (3) Success in society.

You know that one of the learners in America, Tantra Tanshami  (Aki Thunerpaw) was homeless for 20 years; after practicing Pure Mind Yoga for 3 years, he has lived in an apartment. I know a few more such cases!  Now I take my own example: As you know, I came here 15 years ago, then 5 years later I found the right orbit of Buddhism. And 10 years later, I created 6 methods which you are learning now. Before Tantra House only was a normal house, it is not wonderful as at the moment you look at. At that time, I did not have much money, I had no good friends, I didn’t have many relatives. Who and what help us? Who and what assists us? Nobody, nothing! Thanks to the wonderful Dharma, I changed my ordinary fate into the position I am today. So, I think, I can bestow you a few advices:

1/ Dharma is the key to open the door which leads to success. What ‘s Dharma? It includes 6 my spiritual methods.

2/ In addition to practicing meditation on Bodhicitta and meditation with lotus walking, you need to practice the right view of light and samadhi. It means comment after reading articles. I don’t force you to read often but when you are free, please start because it is connected with Guru. Tantra Mahacitta said that commenting is the necessity and importance. Only one smartphone can help you! It is a piece of cake!

3/ I usually hear one conversation when two men meet each other:
How are you? Fine, and you? Me too, thank you!
I think, people meet each other but also thank each other. How about I write articles for you to read but you keep quiet? How do you thank me or the person who writes articles? Please, write sentences on articles you read. It doesn’t matter whether your writing is long or short, even one sentence: “thank you for this article” is enough for me.

4/ What do you think? Comment after reading articles on chantuduy.com is useful to me? No, nothing! I don’t force you to read, but I need you to show your gratitude. That is trying to become the 3rd person, who is most  difficult to meet in samsara, like Buddha, Bodhisattva, Saint Sangha. Let’s remember my teaching: Comment at least once a week. It is a simple which  I take it as an example: “I have read this article, thank you for share”.

5/ What do you think about writing one article? I think it is not easy for everyone. You know that I am 62 years old, but I have to read, edit, and give titles to articles! So, I require you to comment after reading. It is a way of showing respect to Dharma’s friends and devotion to Guru, and especially gratitude to the person who wrote it. Overcoming difficulties according to this spiritual model is easy for us, if we can’t do it, there is no easier way!

Dear learners!

In short, I think you are not afraid of making mistakes when you comment .I don’t advise you “no pain, no gain”, I only think you do it to relax after working or if you have free time. I don’t think it is my teaching but it’s worth considering! Don’t think it is a group of sentences but also from my heart and my soul.

I want to finish my speech in the teachings of Mahashadhi Padmashambhava: “ I have never seen anyone that gets hungry and suffering while practicing Dharma diligently and seriously.”
I think it is a serious commitment between Padmashambhava and us. It makes a lot of sense. I have highlighted the important points. I’ all watch every step for your progress!

Thank you very much for listening to my sharing.
Now I’ll hand you over to Tantra Mahacitta (Robert Clayton) back in the meeting.

Tantra Mahacitta

    Dear Guru,

I have already read this article.

I am delighted to the third dharma meeting of US dharma friends in which there’re new faces. That’s so great to know the Pure Mind Yoga is getting much more interests. I pray for the upcoming meetings will be always smooth and successful, pray for the Pure Mind Yoga invented by holy Guru to spread the fragrance of awakeness in the US as well as in all over the places.

I am very grateful when I read Guru’s English letter, each word has consoled, reassured, and encouraged us to be secure, to get rid of despondent and to keep our firm faith because we’ve luckily met Guru and learned Pure Mind Yoga – one of the greatest saviors, Dharma of Buddha. In this hard time, it’s so warm to hear from Guru, “Do not worry…”. Because, firstly, while each of people now is struggling with their own difficulties without time or ability to help others, we all still receive care from Guru, little by little, with a compassionate heart that always want to show us the best ways so that we can reap good results. Secondly, through the most eloquent evidence, the own story of Guru, going from difficult days to today’s brilliant achievements without relying on help from friends, family or relatives, has shown the authenticity of the effectiveness that Pure Mind Yoga brings. Guru has discovered the six wonderful mind dharmas, has demonstrated and affirmed their effectiveness, and now Guru allows us to learn them, what could be better. Although Guru humbly regards these as advice worthy of considerating, I believe that these are precious teachings that we should follow. In my opinion, inheriting the results from an inventor himself, it is the luck that is not easy to meet and we’d better cherish this chance.

Thank you, Guru, for giving us this article. May Guru have good health and live long for the sakes of all sentient beings.

May the covid 19 pandemic soon over.

    Om Mani Padme Hum.

It helps me and the learners acknowledge how important it is to connect to Guru throughout CHANHTUDUY.COM. And thanks to it, we could defeat the difficulty in life as Padmashambava blessing commitment.

Thank you very much, Guru, for writing and sharing your wisdom and loving kindness compassion toward us – all the learners.

May Guru have good health and longevity for the sake of sentient beings.

    Dear holy Guru,
I am delighted to read your teaching and I am grateful to listen to your guidance how to overcome challenges and difficulties in this hard time.
Thanks to your teaching, I recognize that I have more time to practice Dharma at this time, which is the most important. Because only can Dharma help us to get free from sufferings. Everything has two sides, the wise should see the bright side and find out the easy way to get the true happiness. Your methods are the wonderful thing for us now. We should spend more time practicing Buddhism, following your words to accumulate wisdom and merit. We should take advantage of spare time to practice Dharma in order to fill in our store of merit. It does wonders for both collecting merit and keeping our mind in balance.
In secular life, when people focus on developing the personal skills, they have a chance to make a big difference in life. Similarly, in Buddhism, we should practice Dharma to get seven treasures of a noble one and practice developing Bodhicitta and wisdom throughout chanhtuduy.com for the freedom from sufferings and miseries. More importantly, with the merit we get from reading and comment on chanhtuduy.com, we can purify our bad karma, create the wonderful fortune to our life, the chance to get pure bliss in the Pure Land.
Thank you so much for your kindness and for your teaching.
May you have good health and live long for the sake of all beings.
May all beings attain the happiness of the Buddha’s nature.
May covid 19 pandemic end soon

    Dear Guru,

I am delighted to read your article.

I am happy to hear about one more successful Dharma meeting of American brothers through your article.

I am moved to read your teaching, to feel about your care to all of us. I find that you are the only one who is always by our side no matter we succeed or fail, no matter we are rich or poor, young or old,… You always bring us fearless spirit, help us to be stronger to face up with the difficulties in our life, give us the methods to overcome them.

I realize that it is really not easy for anyone to find someone who always treat them well like that. And in Song Nguyen Tantra House, we luckily did it.

I am grateful for your teaching.

May Guru have good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.

May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha’s nature.

    Dear Holy Guru,
I am emotional while reading this article. We cannot count the benefits and blessings that we have been receiving from you and your great example. You not only delivered the light of the right Dharma to us and dispelled the darkness we had been immersed in for lives before meeting you, but also motivated, and inspired us to overcome all challenges and difficulties. I believe that we are among the luckiest human beings in this world after a very long time (and possibly in the long future ahead) to have a Guru like our Guru. I pray that we will never take it for granted, but to treasure each and every moment we are able to connect to Guru, whether by speech, body, or mind. I sincerely pray for Guru’s longevity and health for the benefit of all sentient beings. I am grateful that I am able to read this article and to see the screenshots of Dharma meetings with many learners from the Tantra House group in the US. I happily praise Guru’s wisdom and Bodhicitta. I gladly admire Guru’s language competence which has been improved tremendously.
May all sentient beings achieve the Buddha nature’s happiness.

To tell in a nutshell expression, you followed Buddhadharma in your own way of concurring with scientific six research methods and their application, and continueing now and will continue the same Dharma in future also which is a steping stone to climb and reach the goal of Enlightenment and Liberation. Dear Guru!
How delighted I am when I read this article and listened your Dhrama speech. I am also happy with the success of the 3rt dharma meeting of US Tantra house with newcomers. This is not the first time I have read your writing in English as well as listened to you speaking in English, but I am really touched.
I am aware of that, at the age of 60, almost people are helpless before a new language, but after one year of trying learning English, now you used that language not only flexibly but also vividly through your writing and your speech. Once again, I feel the wonderful Dhrama of Pure mind Yoga, the enthusiasm of Bodhicitta of Guru. I understand that Pure mind Yoga helps people tap into our potential no matter what age and extremely other benifits. Thank you Guru for your share.
May Guru have a good health and live long for the sake of sentient beings.

    Dear Holy Guru,
Thank you for being at the dharma meetings. It is wonderful to see you and hear your lessons in your voice. It feels more connected to me. I feel as if I am disappointing you and the Buddhist path. I feel like I was practicing so well and overcoming so much because of your lessons, but when I learned my mother is fighting cancer I couldn’t think straight. I forgot everything except two things. I pray all sentient beings be free from suffering and I recite Mani mantra. All other lessons are now lost in me. This is why I feel I have and am disappointing you. This Shane has made it difficult for me to come and read articles as often as I did before this. I’m trying to do better. I don’t feel strong a I don’t feel worthy. I am sorry. Thank you for your commitment and articles. Thank you for caring so much about all of our paths to enlightenment. May you be well for the sake of all sentient beings and may all sentient beings be free from suffering. Om Mani Pandme hum

    Dear Guru!
I have read this article. I am delighted with the 3rd edition of the American Tantric Tantra and the features in the American Tantric series have added new possessive methods participating under your concentration. “Sutra and Tantra Administration: “The teacher is more compassionate than the Buddha, his words are more important than the scriptures” because the teacher represents the Three Jewels, is the embodiment of all the Buddhas of the past, the system the source of all future buddhas and representative of all buddhas in the present America in the class gathers the understanding that constant pleasures only bring us destruction in the future..wasting our human life and degenerating into negative activities, we would be sucked down. the lower levels for countless aeons. “The Buddha taught that each person is the master of himself, all doing their best. That’s “. Many people give up their lives to find liberation in Buddhism, but few can leave this life, even though they wear a kashāya (square top) but the mind of the rest of the world is full of education, so it is certain. can’t find the true liberation of Buddhism. Those who have been, on miserable days, have understood much, the value of peace, those who have passed through the scene of longing, wandering, cherish each bowl of rice and life. happy or sad life, life goes on, no one can arrange his five aggregates wrong, even if he is richer than heaven, then he must be old, sick, die suddenly, cold, It’s normal to expand that story, whether they like it or not, its life will flow forward according to its eternal law. because it can endure suffering, that’s why the Buddhadharma is considered a unique gem.The doctor who cures us is born, it affects parts of the body (called impact). go to the end her). But could not find the diseases that belong to the network apartment. Buddhism clearly states that in order to change the network of dharma objects, there is only one-pointed path to diligently implement, transform content, rely on totality, thereby solving arbitrary and adversarial conditions into good conditions. benevolent. I ask you to conclude: “The storm swept away all but the brain, the rain did not make things buoyant but swept away ignorance” through which when having the opportunity to listen, read and perform below. The teacher’s instruction teaches the same benefits (the Lotus Sutra states: “Need a guru, body and mind are not tired; Knowledge wisdom does not get bored; study with Wisdom Wisdom.” knowledge, don’t be afraid of difficulties; send Tue of knowledge not to reuse; Tue of knowledge tools without interruption; Tue of knowledge at will without resisting; its works. ; when Wisdom Wisdom speaks, we must decide to open our hearts to listen; seeing that Wisdom Wisdom is happy at will, don’t get freaked out.” We shouldn’t be discouraged because we’re slow to make progress on awakening because there are many things. The screen of ignorance obscures, just as the layer of snow takes a long time to melt, those who are covered with ignorance will find themselves slow to develop, therefore, should not be. By Buddhism is not a religion. Buddhism, but the path of Awakening pointed out by the Buddha, to implement what the Buddha taught in daily life in order to apply it to life in real life to develop Buddha’s momentum in practice. i “Naropa taught that,” if you are well-formed, you won’t cling to appearances. Good or bad will happen, but it will pass.” We also have to train like a muscle, if we want to train our body we have to practice regularly, we won’t be able to hit heavy if the muscles are weak. Likewise in law enforcement we need to be diligent and constant day after day if you want to overcome difficulties and become stronger.I joyfully praise your wisdom, great bodhicitta Because we don’t discriminate, Guru devotes all his energy and wisdom, spreading the teaching of Yoga Thanh Tri to help us and our children, we have the opportunity to approach and apply Buddhist education to life “dharma” The law is life.” Thanks to the light of Thanh Tri Yoga’s teachings, it helps to clear the mind and mind, and to live in the midst of a peaceful world life, starting from the heart in daily life activities to repel comrades, like medicine, the heat melts the ice. Pray for the health and longevity of the precious Guru for the sake of all of us born. Pray for the covid 19 pandemic to be eradicated soon. Pray for all of us to light up the Buddha lights on the Guru’s transport channels.

I understand that the practice of Right View of Light and Samadhi not only helps us to cultivate right view, but also helps us connect with Guru in the easiest way, and at the same time become the third most difficult person to meet. I’m grateful for your teaching. May Guru have good health and live long for the sake of all beings.
May all sentient beings achieve the Buddha nature’s happiness.
    May Covid19 pandemic end soon.
    Om Mani Padme Hum.

I was delighted to see our Holy Guru on the Web classes, though I am attending my friend, now my teacher, Violet Tran’s classes for last few days and refreshed my memory of Tantra House and your teachings as well as your affectionate meditation trainings including the Lotus Walk Dharani.

It is a hard reality that one who has had one’s birth on this planate earth has to face hardship, pain, frustration and ennui. Taken together these unfavourable experiences of mundane existence is termed as suffering, and somehow or other we all suffer. It is our pious duty to find out a legitimate ways and means to surmount the brute worldly torments. But it is again a fact that in the dizzy darkness of ignorance it becomes difficult to come out of the veil of the matted knots of our karmic results coming accumulated from our several previous births. And for an ignorant persons like me it is difficult nay impossible to get rid of the whirlpool of the mundane existence wherein one has hardly any time to think for his or her emancipation. Everyone is in huff and hurry in meeting with one’s own and one’s kith and kens, as well dependent’s needs. And everyone neither a Bodhisattva nor an enlightened being who can cut the fetters of the existence. Now in this dark, dismal and disparaging situation the only ray of hope are those who have crossed the ocean of worldly fire of suffering and has the art and acumen to cool down the heat of internal fire of lust, greed and delusion by purifying the mind; and external fire of wants, frustrations, hunger, ailment, lack of life supporting means and many others.

The modern man is bewildered what to do and what not to do. The reason is simple; he is engrossed in his own problems of meeting the needs and nursing his greed’s. Often he suffers of the pseudo problems such as being deceived by one’s friend, life partner or some one’s boy friend or girlfriends have left him or her for better alternatives or physical or psychological lust. When he is tormented by the external and internal winds of sufferings born out of passion, the clash of interests of different members of the society and wining the doles in this dishonest competitive world, he surrenders before the society and prays before the different deities and demy Gods considering them he almighty. Being frustrated he crumbles down. The compelling need is to come out of these existential situations by quelling his ignorance, driving out his internal fetters like hatred, greed and delusion. And for that an enlightened and honest Guru is needed who has crossed the ocean of suffering and willing to providing the raft that he prepared for his own purpose of crossing and surmounting the ills and evils of his life of ignorance based suffering. He should not be too selfish to break his raft after his use so that others may not use it. Such persons are the guru of the time and are called the Guru of the time and have incarnated for the happiness of many and pleasure of many.

Our Holy Guru is one of them who has founded the Pure Mind Buddhism which aims at mental purification for eradication of mundane problems and help attain the Enlightenment and achieve the pure sublime state of Nibban i e Emancipation .
    Om Mani Pudme Hum
May all the sentient beings attain the Buddha nature
May the entire world be free of Corona
    Long live or Guru
I bow before your Lotus feet

    Dear esteemed Guru,
Thank you for writing this excellent article.
I got a lot out of it. I appreciate your efforts to teach us the best way to practice.
Thanks to your encouraging words, I can continue and persevere.
I practiced Lotus Walking today. I walked along the Abukuma River here in Fukushima. As I was walking, observing the mountains, clouds, blue sky, and gently flowing river, I noticed a large flock of birds perched upon the rocks near the riverbank. They were large birds that I did not recognize. They seemed to be resting and basking in the sunshine. I counted more than 120 of the beautiful creatures. When I got home, I showed a photo of the birds to a British friend of mine who is an expert ornithologist. He told me they were Great Cormorants, a very auspicious bird in Japan and somewhat rare in these parts. It was quite pleasant to be saying Om Mani Padme Hum while walking and suddenly to upon such a lovely scene. I believe my practice of meditation has given me a greater ability to notice the beauty around me and to be appreciative of other sentient beings. I feel I should thank Guru for this.
I wish you the best of health and contentment. And I wish the same for all.
    Om Mani Padme Hum
